MAC 5 Services: Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Electrical, Heating, & Drain Experts

My 33 year old H2O heater electrical service required replacing (see image). Patrick did an excellent job. He explained everything in detail and gave me multiple options. Workmanship was excellent. More importantly, MAC5 was responsive. I called at approximately 10:30am and the technician (Patrick) arrived at 1pm - same day! I can't ask for anything more. Costs are, IMHO, reasonable. Glenn was very helpful and knowledgeable. This company came same day within a few hours after I called. I woke up to my AC not working and called the company very early and they were here before 9 AM. Gave me many options on how to fix my AC and keep it running for years to come. Will definitely be using them again.

Our plumbing was backing up Friday and nobody would come until Monday. Until Mac5 they understood the urgency and came right away and the tech Dan was nice knowledgeable and professional. They gave me a 4 hr window but also call 30 min before they arrive which is nice no need to waste the day waiting for them to show up at the end of the 4 hr window. We couldn’t be happier with the service thank you
