What can I say it’s Florida it’s the summertime and 93° in one’s bedroom at 2 o’clock in the morning is just something that’s not very conducive to sleep. So I called multiple vendors Mac 5 happened to be the first to arrive. Right away Jim saw the old unit had rust everywhere outside and could have used that to segue into why I needed a new unit. Turns out that rusted unit still runs like a charm and the problem would prove to be inside. Jim was very professional noticed the the first problem I had was a blocked drain, as he started to work on that, he stopped to tell me that he wouldn’t feel right in charging me for it and that I should go ahead and take a climb up the ladder to have a look if it was safe for me to do so. If I could and take a look, it should be obvious what’s wrong climb up the ladder I see a rusted out condenser unit. Obviously I’m not an ac technician but from the rust it was fairly obvious.
