While trying to do the easiest thing in life - change a light bulb - on my ceiling fan with a dome - which I thought would be simple, it was not. Next thing I noticed is I actually destroyed my beautiful fan. I hurriedly went looking for a repair person and who we found was Jerry and his wonderful apprentice Johnny. Well luckily for me Jerry was truly a master - rewired the entire fan with help from his apprentice They put it all back together. Voilà - a brand new fan thanks to the help of the Mister Sparky team - Great job - thanks guys????????. Michelle and Nikki
Had the outside meter box replaced. Job took 13 hours to complete. Power was off for 12 hours. Job was plagued with waiting for power company to turn off power, searching the county for required parts to complete work, waiting for county inspections and waiting for power to be turned back on. Job was completed at 11:30 pm. Electrician was very competent, but hampered by coordination of all these different components to complete job in a reasonable amount of time. At 11:30 PM was asked if I had any cement to patch the hole left on the side of my house since the size of the new power box did not match the width of the old box. Mr Sparky has some good employees, but 13 hours is a bit excessive of a work day for the electrician. Not Mr Sparky’s finest hour concerning overall coordination of effort to complete this job in a reasonable amount of time.
Exceptional service provided by Kristian! We’re so grateful! He fixed everything we needed help with swiftly and was very knowledgeable as he explained the details of the issue at hand. Kristian was super kind, easy to talk to and very communicative every step of the way. We highly recommend his services.
