My experience with Dovis Plumbing was great! Tatiana the representative who scheduled my appointment was very professional and thorough and response time for my appointment was exceptional. My service technician Willie was pleasant and professional assessed everything gave me three different options to choose from, which I chose the best that fit my budget for right now he was honest and letting me know that eventually I will need a new hot water heater which I appreciate the honesty. I had been hesitantly looking to get some plumbing work done in my home after some rough experiences in the past. I randomly met Dovi and came to find out he was the owner of a plumbing company. His demeanor and overall positive vibe instilled confidence so we went ahead and scheduled them. (A much easier process than in the past, and they came out quickly!) The job was completed yesterday and it was the best experience we have ever had with a plumbing company. Hands down. Willie our technician was beyond courteous and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to have him doing this work in our home. He was also very respectful of our sleeping toddler and worked around his nap schedule.
