I have been using this company for years. They are reasonably priced and always on time. (I always get the first appointment) The guys are always nice and professional. I want to thank Teresa the person who always helps me set up an appointment she is always helpful when trying to schedule my appointments ! I have learned the hard way to always use a plumber, trying to hire a handyman might save you a few dollars but most likely will cost you thousands when the job causes a leak. Despite being a GC since 12 years, I couldn't find a plumber for days to fix a Dornbracht shower faucet without breaking the complete wall of a very expensive shower. Finally I called Marlin Plumbing. Michele the receptionist was very professional, organised everything and Eddison showed up on time, very king and very professional..everything was fixed within an hour . Had a shower leak from upstairs bathroom. Guy shows up, rips open my downstairs ceiling looking for a leak. First he say it is the shower valve from upstairs so I pushed back saying shower valves dont leak behind the shower, then he says it is the poly pipe due to age of home and left with a verbal payment estimate and no invoice. He could not see the piping due to mine running in the attic. Had to call another plumber who correctly located and repaired the problem. Stay away from these guys.
