We called honey bee to repair a leaky water line. Their service call and analysis fee was $489. The analyzed it incorrectly and said all cold water lines needed to be repiped in house to the time of $11,000+. They were happy to finance it????. Needless to say we got two other estimates and had it repaired by a knowledgeable, licensed plumber at 10% of the cost instead the highway robbery with an unlicensed technician employed by a licensed plumber. Worst business practice I have ever seen and I’m a licensed, insured, bonded electrical contractor in another state. I could not sleep at night if I did this to people.buyer beware I guess. The technician Jason went above and beyond to repair a leak in our outside line which was the old polybutylene type pipe that had been there for many many years. He was very pleasant throughout even thought it was horribly hot and the job was very frustrating.
