Great team, great company. I needed a New AC system for my house in Naples. Alex (sells) was able to come Same day I called. I got a great quote right away, everything went smooth from the beginning to the end. They took care of everything and made sure I was satisfied with my new AC. Damian went above and beyond to get the lint out of our dryer vent. It was a long overdue cleaning and we wanted to utilize a trusted name. The dryer is performing better without the obstruction. Cool Zone came to our rescue after our original AC company said we needed a new unit because it was completely fried. The tech (Blake) from Cool Zone made minor repairs to some wiring in our unit and had us back up and running in no time. Blake was very professional, quickly diagnosed our problem and reassured us that our unit was still functional. A $12,000 replacement unit became a simple $200 repair.
