Conditioned Air

I have a ac unit that was installed in 2020. I also have a ten year warranty plan that pays for part not labor. On May 27 I called for a repair because the unit was not workin. I was charged a diagnostic fee of $169 and a parts fee if $119. I feel that if a unit is under warranty there should be no diagnostic fee and only a labor fee. I also was told repair man would be there between 11am and 2pm. I called the office at 3pm because I have heard nothing. No call back and then the technician showed up around 5:30. Still no call til he was in front of the house. 15 minutes repair with a $40 capacitor and my total was $288. You were the original installer I feel I overpaid. I have a home watch business as well and I have used your service and Daniel. He’s very good at his job and your company policies have nothing to do with his work. If someone wants to contact me I will be happy to talk with them. Going forward I will go through my paperwork and if someone else will honor my warranty

Daniel was professional, polite and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better air-conditioned hero. We had just gotten back from a short vacation and walked in to a boiling house. He was here within an hour. Amazing amazing service.
