Mastercraft Roofing

Hired these folks in July to repair a leak. Went on vacation and realized in early Oct. that the leak was not fixed. Reached out to them and finally got through. They set an appointment last week to fix the job--no one showed up and no correspondence from them. They will not return calls or emails--very dissatisfied customer. Service: Roof repair

We had our roof done by Mastercraft in January 2021. We just went through hurricane Ian with 10-12 hours of pounding 90+mph winds. We didn't lose 1 shingle and not a drop of water. Mastercraft is the best! Service: Roof installation

My friend paid for the service and with the new roof it started leaking right away. When he called the company they said they would fix it right away. It has now been several months later no one has even came to check it out. When he voiced his concern with the company again they said it would be a substantial amount to fix it (even when they didn’t do their job in the beginning). Very disappointed would not recommend to anyone seeking roofing help.
