Our AC went out on a long holiday weekend, and our existing AC company failed to show for their scheduled appointment on Tuesday morning after the holiday. Cool By Design was able to have someone out within 3 hours to take a look at our system. The technician arrived ahead of schedule, was very professional and friendly, and fixed the problem very quickly and at a reasonable cost.
