Used Moe Plumbing to install a faucet. Installation Crew was pleasant and professional. Couple months after installation- faucet stared leaking. Office staff on the other hand were extremely rude and unpleasant. Heidi- A self proclaimed "Pleasant Person" - Refused to offer and services when I tried to schedule a follow up visit. She mentioned I had just paid the bill and was already questioning the service (I had to call invoicing department 3 separate times to receive my invoice). After some shouting- I spoke to the owner Mark- who seemed reluctant to solve the problem. Definitely will not be using Moe Plumbing again Service: Faucet installation

For years I had been using a certain plumbing company for my condo in Ft Lauderdale, Florida. When "other company" failed to follow through with me on some big leak problems, I knew I needed someone reliable. MOE Plumbing was a company my condo association had used, and once I contacted Heidi, I knew I was in good hands. Her professionalism, knowledge, and take-charge attitude let me know I made the right decision hiring them. I can’t say enough about Moe Plumbing. Working with Heidi was a great experience. Honest, reliable and very accommodating. Pricing was good and she was were very responsive to my needs and concerns. My plumber (name???) who installed the hot water tank was professional and efficient. He kept the work area neat and clean and didn’t damage the walls as it was a tight fit.
