The entire team was very polite and professional and made us feel comfortable with our decision to replace 2 and relocate another one of our units. They took great care of us and took the time to make sure every t was crossed and every i was dotted so that we received a very high quality install that we would be happy with long term. I am very pleased to say that we couldn’t be happier with their work! Our entire experience with Aire Masters has been phenomenal from start to finish. We used Air Masters back in 2018 when our entire A/C system needed replaced. Abi was responsive, informative & since then has set us up so that we knew how to fix minor repairs and troubleshoot our thermostats, ourselves. Air Masters ensured we knew how to maintain our new system and always makes themselves available last minute when you need them. Twice, we have called for (in my opinion) emergencies and have had us back to comfortable living with a quick fix asap and a plan to come back and finish the job.
