Jim was an incredibly nice, respectful, and knowledgeable individual. He is the owner of this company and the one who performs the physical work and repairs. He’s made two trips to us for two separate issues within the last month, and fixed the issues very quickly both times. I highly recommend this company and the services provided. Called this company a couple months ago to get their Complete 20-Point Inspection as advertised for any make or model. The lady I had spoke with on the phone refused a appointment to do a inspection because my unit is only 4 years old. Basically said it was not worth there time, I was 30 minutes away from them.
