If you have made any attempts to problems solve on your own then don’t call this company…when I booked the appointment I said I had tried what I knew to try and it didn’t work. He came and looked and did a little trouble shooting, said he would have never booked an appointment like this he doesn’t clean up other peoples messes…seemed frustrated that I had tried to do any trouble shooting on my own…When he made the suggestion to change the fan motor-which I had done 3 days prior to them coming, I asked if it was something he could do since obviously my fix did not work, he said how much you pay for your fan motor I was like 100 bucks, he was like well I mine are like 450 plus labor-WHICH IS WHY PEOPLE SUCH AS MYSELF TRY TO DO THINGS FOR THEIRSELVES FIRST. Just not a great interaction and it doesn’t appear by the reviews that I am the first or likely the last to be treated rude. Called this company a couple months ago to get their Complete 20-Point Inspection as advertised for any make or model. The lady I had spoke with on the phone refused a appointment to do a inspection because my unit is only 4 years old. Basically said it was not worth there time, I was 30 minutes away from them.

Pro-tech is awesome! Fast, professional and affordable service from start to finish. Technician was on time, clean and polite. He fixed the problem, gave advice on how to help a/c run more efficiently and did not try to upsell us. We highly recommend this company.
