Strait Plumbing

I was so disappointed. The owner was nice and helpful over the phone. He was protective of his staff and didn't have them out for fear of hurricane Dorian, nowever his phone person was HORRIBLE. I got a call for them on Wednesday and missed it by 30 minutes. I called back and left a message, hoping to see them on Thursday. We had been out of water since Saturday and I was pretty desperate. The phone person sounded disgusted to hear from me and blamed me for not taking the call -- I was in a meeting and called back as soon as I could -- She made it sound like they had blown me off for the week. I was furious. We moved on and got excellent service and our problem is solved. I cannot recommend this company.

We have had Strait Plumbing out a number of times in the six years we have lived here I have never found them to be anything but honest, straightforward and competent. They've always responded in a timely manner and completed the job quickly. I've never timed them to the minute but the charge has always been appropriate. (I don't know of any services where the hourly fee is prorated by minutes.) Frankly, I was surprised at the negative reviews because our experience has always been so positive.

Very professional and did not break the bank. Fixed my shower that would not drain and leaking sink in under an hour. I will definitely use again!
