Terrible service!!! We purchased one heat pump to replace the original in our home. Everything was fine. So when the second one went, we purchased our second one from them. We had problems where the ac wasn’t working so we had 3 service calls and finally it was discovered that there was a cracked drain pan on the new unit we ordered. We were without air for one week and I asked for a new one because I didn’t want future problems if this unit was dropped or defective. No response due to the owners away per the manager. So finally after I kept following up, I was told they were not going to replace it nor compensate me for the problems that occurred. I was told a note would be put on my account if there should be problems in 10 years. I would not refer this company. Originally I called Mr Sparky for an estimate on installing a pool circuit. They sent a couple guys over who told me that my entire electrical panel needed replacing and that they could not, with a clean conscience, install a pool circuit until both the panel and AC connector was replaced. They even showed me dark sections of the panel breakers that were “burned” and “leaking” and “very dangerous.” I was so convinced as to what they were claiming that I was about to hand over a credit card and schedule the job. Up until they gave me the estimate. For the low low price of $12,000 I could buy their GOLD package to take care of everything. When I asked if there was a cheaper way they said sure, you can take our bronze package for $10,000. Of course I declined. They even made me sign a waiver stating I had refused the work and therefore if my house went up in flames I couldn’t blame them for it. This company installed our AC/heat system. Their technician came out recently for "maintenance". After he leaves the AC stops working. He comes back and admits he made several mistakes, including "kinking" the drain line. Within a few days we have to buy a new drain pump. Then a month later the AC stops working again and it's a defrost board. Next it stops working again because the coil has a leak which cost us over $900. Then it leaked again because they didn't tighten a screw. Could the problems be related to the screw ups by the "maintenance technician"? I sent the owner a letter and he does not even have the courtesy to answer me! Service: A/C system maintenance
