Terrible service!!! We purchased one heat pump to replace the original in our home. Everything was fine. So when the second one went, we purchased our second one from them. We had problems where the ac wasn’t working so we had 3 service calls and finally it was discovered that there was a cracked drain pan on the new unit we ordered. We were without air for one week and I asked for a new one because I didn’t want future problems if this unit was dropped or defective. No response due to the owners away per the manager. So finally after I kept following up, I was told they were not going to replace it nor compensate me for the problems that occurred. I was told a note would be put on my account if there should be problems in 10 years. I would not refer this company. Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair, Installation, Repair HVAC, Install AC, Heating system maintenance

Was told there was a fee to respond, then it doubled unless I was a member. Then quoted me 15k for a new system. Called two other companies and was quoted 6.5-7k for the same system.
