I'm a Tech/Field Manager For a large Hvac company in SWF. The hurricane forced us to relocate and on Saturday noticed the CU going off on high-pressure. Unfortunately had to leave without my tools or parts. Called Hilliard's because its the name on the system, took our call and scheduled an appointment. Knowing it only needed a Cap I plaid none the wiser to see if up-selling would take place. Was extremely happy Keith came up intruduse himself with a firm handshake and addressed the repair as a pro. Check the MFD'S with meter to confirm failure. Replaced the part, advised us on maintenance and the importance of regular maintenance. We will be signing up on Monday. With Crystal per Keith. Would highly recommend this company and if situation permits might even put in a application if our home in Cape Coral becomes unliviabe. Seems this company values fall in line with ours.

Would highly recommend Hilliard’d A/C & Heating. Needed a new heat pump. Was very satisfied with price, efficiency, and workmanship. Excellent techs on the job. Neat and respectful. Also, would like to mention the ladies who answer the phones. Very professional also, don’t make you feel rushed, always address your concerns. A big shout out to George, and all the tech involved with this job. Overall, a great company to do business with.

Chris was wonderful & very professional! We called about some attic insulation at my daughter's home. He took very good care of us. I also feel that his price for the job was fair and reasonable.
