Duncan's AC truly came through for us in a serious time of need when a previous AC company had done us wrong on a "repair." They went above and beyond and sent a tech out to us to at the end of their day to repair an issue the previous AC company left us with. They quoted us for the replacement that day, got us up and running for the interim, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Supply chain issues held up the start of the install but they kept us in the know regularly. Installation was professional and quick and they have never once batted an eye helping us through the process. They installed two new systems at our home and you truly get what you pay for with them.
