Sunshine Water Systems

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they came in to install the system right away, gave me a promotion of free salt for a year, I have been trying to contact them to have them add the free salt to my water softner, never responded to my calles, voicemails. was told one I was put on the schedule and no one ever showed. My calls now go to a magic jack voice mail. Very disapointed, did not honer our agreement. Will file with the BBB. They just want your money.

As for the review from Bob Google: I believe this gentleman is upset with the fact that I did not listen to him and change out his resin. I'm sorry to say that SWS System did not work for Bob, our customer is GE in this case and I prefer to save my customer money whenever I can. If Bob were our customer, I would have recommend not changing the resin to save him money. It is obvious the comments made by Timothy Daniels are an attempt to smear our good name. Check out Home Advisor and Angies list for true customer comments. It is very poor and unprofessional to have a competitor bad mouth other companies in the same industry. I pride myself in talking about what our company can do for a customer and not what other companies can not do. This attitude radiates throughout our company making us a threat to others who are less professional. Call us and see for yourself how professional and customer orientated our company truely is. Our motto is, For soft water without the "HARD SELL".

What an amazing company! They truly have world class customer service! I was referred to this great company by a coworker. So I gave Skip a call, we set up a time for him to come test our water and the next day he showed up right on time. He tested our water and told us exactly what system we need, unlike another company that quoted me almost $5K more than what Skip recommended. They came and installed the system the next day! I am completely blown away by their level of customer service, we need more companies like SWS in this world. If you need water treatment, call SWS!
