As for the review from Bob Google: I believe this gentleman is upset with the fact that I did not listen to him and change out his resin. I'm sorry to say that SWS System did not work for Bob, our customer is GE in this case and I prefer to save my customer money whenever I can. If Bob were our customer, I would have recommend not changing the resin to save him money. It is obvious the comments made by Timothy Daniels are an attempt to smear our good name. Check out Home Advisor and Angies list for true customer comments. It is very poor and unprofessional to have a competitor bad mouth other companies in the same industry. I pride myself in talking about what our company can do for a customer and not what other companies can not do. This attitude radiates throughout our company making us a threat to others who are less professional. Call us and see for yourself how professional and customer orientated our company truely is. Our motto is, For soft water without the "HARD SELL".

Been a customer for several years now can't complain other than his system isn't anywhere comparable to the previous system soon to switch to the big name guys just because in my experience its a better (but way more expensive) option....

I had purchased a water softener from another company and it quit working. I contacted the original company and when they came to assess the problem they told me that my system of 3 years was beyond repair and that I would need a new one. Because I was a customer, the price would only be $4995 plus my old system in trade. This was the exact price of my original system. I contacted SWS and they were able to repair my system for a grand total of $95. It works perfectly and I've not had anymore problems. I later called Skip and talked with him at great length about a RO system. After doing my homework and pricing it out, I called SWS as they had a great price for what I wanted. The installer was prompt, professional and courteous. They may be small but they are KNOWLEDGEABLE, HONEST and FAIR. I could not be happier with this company and would highly recommend them.
