Sunshine Water Systems

I contacted Skip with SWS systems and he was very professional. He came out the same day I called to test my water. He told me what system I would need to help me with my water and didn't try to sell me an overpriced system that I did not need like some of these other businesses. His systems are affordable. Once approved for financing the system they came out the same day to get the system installed. My water is good now and I am having no more issues. I am very impressed with their services. If you have bad water call skip they will not let you down.

Do not use this company for service or for buying a water softener. They gave me the "hard sell" and told me the I should ask for my money back from GE and buy their water softener brand instead. I told the service tech no but he would not give up. My GE water softener was 8 months old and was within the warranty period. Prior to this, I contacted GE and they sent SWS to do the service. SWS replaced the defected parts with non GE parts that looked used. SWS also did not replace the resin per the GE work order. Instead they remove the resin with a dirty wet vacuum, did the service and put the resin back in. Would you drink water that was contaminated by a dirty wet vacuum? Only 80% to 90% of the resin was put back in and I lost capacity because of this. On top of this, when doing the service, the service tech dragged the heavy water softener across my garage floor that had an epoxy finish leaving deep scratches. I had purchased a water softener from another company and it quit working. I contacted the original company and when they came to assess the problem they told me that my system of 3 years was beyond repair and that I would need a new one. Because I was a customer, the price would only be $4995 plus my old system in trade. This was the exact price of my original system. I contacted SWS and they were able to repair my system for a grand total of $95. It works perfectly and I've not had anymore problems. I later called Skip and talked with him at great length about a RO system. After doing my homework and pricing it out, I called SWS as they had a great price for what I wanted. The installer was prompt, professional and courteous. They may be small but they are KNOWLEDGEABLE, HONEST and FAIR. I could not be happier with this company and would highly recommend them.
