his workers left an empty caulk tube in the toilet drain in our new construction home causing a backup the second time we used it. had to call an emergency plumber to remove it on a Sunday afternoon. should probably hire people that pay attention to what they're doing.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I first tried to inquire about getting service for my residence by scheduling a consultation. I am possibly needing my house repiped. The receptionist could not answer any question, not even if the consultation was free. She took my phone number and I was told to wait for a call from a technician. I waited for over a week. One day I happened to drive by their office, but I left still with only a few of my questions answered. Then, surprisingly the rudest experience of all! As I was driving away, one if there commercial vans cut me off. I honked my horn because I had to slam on my breaks and quickly change lanes. The man driving not only flipped me off but continued to curse at me while making sure he drove next to me staring with intimidation. I have never dealt with a more disrespectful and impolite company.
