A Bowles roofing employee (Chris) came to my house to give me a roof estimate today. I was under the impression that my roof was leaking. Chris went above and beyond a simple estimate and told me that he didn't think I needed a roof replacement. That it was condensation that had nothing to do with the roof. Couldn't have been nicer and even found a hidden wasp nest near my front door, sprayed it for me and knocked it down. I will likely be getting a more energy efficient roof within a year anyway, but a huge relief that I don't have to get one tomorrow. He is really a great representative and asset to your business. Very grateful and will be calling to schedule for a new roof in 2023.

Installation good, product sold Atlas Pinnacle not good. Shingle darkened in only 6yrs. purchased specifically to prevent this. Having problem in claim process. Service: Roof installation
