United Roofing

Prior to purchasing our home in Oak Run, the prior owner had the roof replaced by United Roofing. The job looked great and we have been very happy. Recently, I noticed some streaks running down one side from a skylight so i emailed them a picture and asked about it and whether they could take a look. I emailed them at about 8:45 on Monday morning. By 9:15 I had a response and an offer to have someone come by and take a look. Shortly thereafter, I heard from Tad Carter who said he would stop by. Tad arrived around 11:30 and went up and took a look. He determined it was just algae growth that was running down the side as the skylight is on the north side of the house. He went in the house with my wife and explained the situation to her and looked at the inside to ensure everything was okay. Tad was awesome. There was no charge for the inspection. I recently had United Roofing in Ocala replace my old and worn roof and am very satisfied with their work. Tad, the estimator, arrived on time for our appointment, inspected the roof, and discussed everything that needed to be done as well as what was included in the estimate. The estimate was very fair and thorough, and did not contain any of the "hidden" clauses that I had seen on the reverse side of some of the estimates I received from other companies in the area. I gave them approval to start the work and after 2-3 weeks I received advance notice of when they would be starting work. A crew of 3 men (Lucas, Victor & Daniel) did the work over a period of 3 days (big roof). These guys were professional, skilled, conscientious, and hard working! I was very happy with the quality of their work and their work ethic. I also had contact with the owner's son who provided supply support for the crew. He was an awesome guy (I'm sorry I didn't get his name); polite, helpful & knowledgeable. A

We were looking to replace our roof at the same time our neighbor was looking to replace his, so we opted to search together. After several quotes we settled on United Roofing as they had the best quote and warranty. We were very pleased with the outcome.
