My air conditioner broke and I called 15 companies before getting in touch with Iron Shield Heating & Air. Nobody answered the phone besides them. They set the appointment up and had a technician out within the hour. Brayan (the tech) was very knowledge and had me AC in no time for reasonably pricing.
These guys came out to fix my mom’s AC. Customer service via telephone was superior. The technicians got here in less than 24 hours, and quickly identified the problem. They replaced the part and had her system up and running quickly. Brayan was super helpful and kind answering all her questions. Happy to support Victor and this local business. We will definitely reach out to them for service in the future.
