Geoffrey came out and examined the whole HVAC units, inside outside and ducts. Then he took pictures and sat down and explained EVERYTHING to me so I could understand it all. Very patient man. He then explained everything to my brother in Oklahoma who was going to help me pay for the new HVAC system. The workers came out the next day and were very nice and took out the old and installed the new. Cleaned up after themselves and were done in about 4-5 hrs. AC works great now and I am very happy with it. Thanks again
Had the pleasure of doing business with Konrad and I highly recommend him. Was very professional, courteous and efficient. Answered all of our questions and gave us many options. Although he suggested options, never once did he "push" services on us. Konrad got our AC up and running at a very reasonable price.
