Geoffrey came out and examined the whole HVAC units, inside outside and ducts. Then he took pictures and sat down and explained EVERYTHING to me so I could understand it all. Very patient man. He then explained everything to my brother in Oklahoma who was going to help me pay for the new HVAC system. The workers came out the next day and were very nice and took out the old and installed the new. Cleaned up after themselves and were done in about 4-5 hrs. AC works great now and I am very happy with it. Thanks again
Dustin at Fast Air gave me a 1-3pm appt window, he called at 12:30 to say he would be here in 20 minutes. I received a text with his picture to let me know who was coming to my home. He was very fair priced and took the time to answer all my questions in detail. Professional, courteous and went over and above in less than 40 minutes he was finished and waving goodbye. I highly recommend!
Called this guys on 5/15 late in the afternoon and they were at my house early the next day. Konrad the tech was AWESOME, he was courteous, respectful, well spoken, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I wish there were more techs like him out there. I will definitely use this company for all my AC needs going forward. If you are looking for a company that really values its customers look no further and call this guys.
