Update #3 they finally have everything working correctly. I am grateful. The young man reran the ducts, so apparently the original duct work was the issue. would like to update my origonal review Although the things I have written 2 years ago were true, I have had nothing but issues since then. I have had them out to my house 5 times since then today will make 6. I only have heat and air in the back and middle of my home. The front ducts blow a trickle of air. I feel as though they are treating me as I am ignorant on the cause, so yesterday I crawled under my home to find out what was going on. As you can see in the pictures attached I was able to discover what the issues (yes more than 1) are. I sent the pics to the agent and he did call me back, only to talk down to me and say it was caused by animals shedding the vent. I had just had an employee out less than a week prior to my discovery, and its a shame to see the shoddy work that was done No I would not recommend this company,
