Great service, there was a thunderstorm and it would have been understandable if they wanted to reschedule but they called and cane anyway. Service was fast and we were even informed on how to prevent the problem from happening ourselves. Very happy, we recommend

My experience was awesome! From the first phone call until all repairs were complete - hard to find this nowadays. The person who answered the phone I believe was Christina - she was wonderful! The two young men, DJ and Daniel, who responded were super knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. I highly recommend for any AC needs! I had a furnace/a/c tune up scheduled with Max-Air. The Tech who showed up was Daniel. Daniel was wonderful to work with. He was professional, friendly, efficient and took the time to answer all of my questions. I am a retired Corporate Trainer and Manager and taught Customer Service for years. Daniel is a shining example of excellent Customer Service and he is a great representative for Max-Air. I will definitely be using this company again when the need arises.
