Max-Air Heating & Air Conditioning

Daniel came out today after a drip pan overflow in my attic. He checked the drain line, coils and ran full diagnostics. He was very professional, kind and efficient Max Air has been my go to since about 2007. I have an old unit which is still running due to their services. They do their best to fix the issue for reasonable costs and never have tried to sell me on something I don't need. Service: Heating system maintenance

I had a furnace/a/c tune up scheduled with Max-Air. The Tech who showed up was Daniel. Daniel was wonderful to work with. He was professional, friendly, efficient and took the time to answer all of my questions. I am a retired Corporate Trainer and Manager and taught Customer Service for years. Daniel is a shining example of excellent Customer Service and he is a great representative for Max-Air. I will definitely be using this company again when the need arises. Daniel came out to service our ac system he called before coming out, was very polite and was right on time. He repaired a wire that was burnt just a bit which was still actually working fine, but he wanted to make sure wouldn't have any issues later on, and he didn't charge anything extra you don't find that anywhere anymore. He provided great service, and was very polite which you also don't find much anymore, excellent service, and a very fair price would give 10 stars for his service Max air is very lucky to have an employee like him, and all of their employees that have been here have been great as well
