Great service, there was a thunderstorm and it would have been understandable if they wanted to reschedule but they called and cane anyway. Service was fast and we were even informed on how to prevent the problem from happening ourselves. Very happy, we recommend

Daniel came out to service our ac system he called before coming out, was very polite and was right on time. He repaired a wire that was burnt just a bit which was still actually working fine, but he wanted to make sure wouldn't have any issues later on, and he didn't charge anything extra you don't find that anywhere anymore. He provided great service, and was very polite which you also don't find much anymore, excellent service, and a very fair price would give 10 stars for his service Max air is very lucky to have an employee like him, and all of their employees that have been here have been great as well

My experience was awesome! From the first phone call until all repairs were complete - hard to find this nowadays. The person who answered the phone I believe was Christina - she was wonderful! The two young men, DJ and Daniel, who responded were super knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. I highly recommend for any AC needs!
