The workers were courteous and very professional from the minute we called for an estimate until the roof was completed. We would have no problem using them again if we needed another roof installation. Brian is a very nice salesperson, and I'm sure the work is quality, however their pricing is ridiculously high compared to the same finished product w/some other companies, apples to apples. Not to mention they're the only ones that told me they needed to install plywood over the existing planks which were not damaged. There is absolutely no need for the plywood as many homes have planking, nor did the many other roofers even mention this, just the opposite. This would have added an additional $3k to the job. Unless you have a complicated roof line or need a high end roof, there is simply no need to pay their prices for a shingled roof, it is not rocket science. Fyi, I'm a retired home flipper knowing a thing or two. Seek other estimates.

When our Condominium Association was informed this year that our insurance company would no longer cover us for full roof replacement costs due to the fact that our roofs were approaching 20 years old, our Board of Directors decided to solicit bids from several vendors for total roof replacement on our seven buildings.
