I contacted Calello Plumbing for a new water softener that I needed in my home. They took the time to discuss with me the best option for my house. The plumber (Jay) showed up and installed our new softener in the location that made most sense in the house. Jay was outstanding, a true professional and even came back to provide me with additional assistance that I needed. Great company, they take a personal approach to counsel you on what is best for you while explaining the process during the installation.

2021 Mark and Chris worked very well together and both extremely friendly and professional. They answer all your questions and go abovr and beyond out of their way to be helpful and kind. They knew I was in tough spot and answered all my questions honestly. Turned out my buyer demanded to use his own plumber but I appreciated their honest and caring help. Now that I have a place of my own, I will use them for any and all my plumbing needs. Today they are here to fix my hot water heater. Fast, efficient, friendly, excellent value and on time! We just had a bad experience with another plumbing outfit, so we were a bit apprehensive. So what a pleasant surprise when Daniel shows up and does a great job. Right on time, he gets to work first with scoping the problem and asking questions, giving us options including cost and patiently fields our questions to help us arrive at the best solution for us. Daniel quickly got to work and did thorough testing to insure the job was done right, the first time. He fielded a few more questions and further helped to educate us on things to look out for and then thanked us for the service call and off he went.
