Logan, the technician who came out to give me a quote, was extremely polite and respectful. All I asked for was to have one outlet added behind the TV to the existing outlet below it. In the bathroom to have two outlets installed in the bathroom, which would have to have new wiring ran through the attic. And to move one outlet Going straight up. They gave me a quote of $1,500. I told him that they have lost their mind. They are 2 1/2 times more than my highest quote I have received from other companies. They definitely are taking advantage of customers. You need to shop around for your pricing before you go at this company. I don’t even want to work with them even if it was given to me free.

I called Mr. Sparky and Kevin Marsh came out to install new fire alarms. He was so professional but sweet and kind. He knew what he was talking about and took the time to explain everything to me so I understood. If I need Mr. Sparky in the future, I will always ask for Kevin.

I appreciated the fast response to an inquiry, the coordination of scheduling and the professionalism of Matt, the field technician. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable.
