Technician was awesome and replaced my smoke detector that kept beeping, thank god it wast still under warranty. The beeping was driving me and my dog crazy. It started beeping again 3 hours after the new smoke detector was installed. Calling Mr sparky again.

I called for a neighbor of mine who is a snowbird. The electric company had removed their meter due to a problem behind the meter that was causing charing and potential fire hazzard. I told the person on the phone all the details and offered to send photos of what the electric company tech had found and let them know the electric company would need to be here when they came out. The person on the phone assured me they documented everything in the notes and the tech would be able to repair it that day. Mr. Sparky showed up on time but they didn't call to have the electric company meet them there, the tech said he couldn't do the work that day inspite of the fact that the person who set up the appointment said the truck would be fully stocked to complete the repair. The tech did a walk around and said that since he couldn't get in the box he could only give an estimate to replace everything. The estimate he gave was $13,000. The tech didn't seem much interested in listening to what the e
