I used my home warranty and this was the company that was assigned to my repair. The service tech (Kerry) I feel went above and beyond with assessing the problem in which he talked me through the whole process and WHY things were being tested to get to root of issue with my A/C unit. He was professional from start to finish and I was able to address my questions without being looked at like an idiot for asking. Quality of work was exceptional. I could tell he worked in this field for a long time (40 years to be exact!). I am changing to this company for all future tune-ups and annual check ups. Highly recommend this company and ask for Kerry! No need to shop around, call him for your next service! I had an air duct pressure test done at my house to test for leaks. The technician Mr. Oscaly was very nice and professional. He found that my air intake was sucking in hot air from the attic so he fixed that and another leak in the outgoing duct work. I thought he did a great job with a positive attitude even though he had to navigate through a lot of clutter in the garage. He was also careful not to let my dogs out in the process.
