4 Seasons Air Conditioning and Heating

Our air conditioning went out over a weekend and 4 seasons was very prompt and had someone come out day of. Unfortunately they were not able to fix it that day but I spoke directly to the manager Robert who came out with a senior tech first thing Monday morning and was able to fix it within a couple of hours! Working with Robert has been great, he is extremely responsive, he did the best he could to get someone out promptly, and was very professional. The service manager came out himself to fix a small issue with a recently installed unit, he was courteous and professional, arrived exactly at the quoted time, solved the issue very quickly, I would highly recommend these guys for any issue you have with your HVAC system. I called them out on 6/26 for a service call. The technician called me to let me know that the compressor was locked on our 2 year old unit and needed to be replaced. He stated I was lucky to have it under warranty. He told me someone from the office would call me first thing Monday morning with an estimate for the repair. Monday morning, I received a call from an office employee to tell me it was going to cost $2000 to replace the compressor! Mind you, that is only labor cost because the compressor is under warranty! I immediately knew something wasn't right. I called another company out for a second opinion and within 15 minutes onsite - the system was up and running again! There was never a locked compressor...it was a simple capacitor that blew out, which in Florida, is very common and everyone should be aware that they often are the first parts to fail because of power surges.
