GM and we wanted to say “Thank You” to Josh Santiago who came today, on a weekend to service our AC/Heating system . He was professional, knowledgeable, sympathetic to our concerns and gave us good advise as to what we needed to do next with our AC/Heating system. He is a huge asset to Energy Air and finally we received honest and reasonable advise and service . He gave us several options on how to move forward with our aging system. Our HVAC wasn’t turning on and after a few days of a warm house we had Josh come out for an emergency service. He was here within an hour and checked all the components and he found a few things that weren’t right and fixed them and got the system working! So happy that we don’t have to have another warm night! He was very professional and answered all of our questions. We will call him again if we ever have any problems! Service: Repair HVAC

I would like to Start by giving a special thank you to Kenny the technician for being very helpful and knowledgeable about our A/C maintenance and walking us through what we should do to maintain it clean ourselves moving forward. He was on time, very professional and was a delight to have helping us out . We are new residents to this area of Florida and it felt great to have Kenny help us out. He is amazingly friendly and a great efficient worker. I would definitely recommend Kenny and Energy Air. Energy Air has a Gem of an Employee and Kenny deserves a promotion in my opinion as he does an outstanding job and exceeds expectations.
