I have used this company many times for electrical repairs and for the most part have been pleased with the service and the technicians. About a year ago or so, one of their technicians talked me into paying to get their home surge protection. I was open to this idea and went ahead. Last hurricane we had a power surge that damaged alot of our household items and Duke would do nothing about it. I was promised I would not have this issue. Now when this last hurricane came through the power surges prior to the storm also did the same. This year we were luck to only lose our coffee maker. I called the company and am still waiting for a call back that was supposed to happen October 18th. I guess it is going to be the same as Duke. Pay and get nothing.

Would highly recommend this company! Jonathan, Johnny and Roberto were all professional and answered every question that I had to make sure I was happy with their work. The office staff is amazing and always so helpful and courteous!
