Recently purchased a news Ac unit from ABC. Eddie was great with the quote, went over everything in detail, answered any questions I had. On installation today Carlos and D showed up right on time (given 8-10 window, showed up at 7:57am) they also answered all my questions and did a great job! There was one issue with a factory piece on unit, and management is coming first thing tomorrow to replace. Overall great experience, great people and great prices! Patrick was knowledgeable and professional. He discovered a flaw in the way my AC unit had been and recommended that it be re-attached for proper air flow. Three teams of friendly but seriously hardworking guys showed up in the morning and, by the end of the day, they had completely replaced the old duct system in my home, redesigned the air flow for better distribution throughout the house, and they replaced the grills in all the rooms. This company did a great job installing my new and needed AC unit. I had an old unit from the 80s and I thought there was gonna be problems but everything went together quickly without any major problems.
