Do not trust this company. We agreed on an estimate that they gave, then after completely tearing my home apart, they sent us an email asking for thousands more. They ripped off so much siding that is costing us $2,000 to hire someone just to repair the damage that they did, all WITHOUT authorization. Our home looks terrible! It was such a mistake to go with this company. Now the Calloway won’t return any calls or emails and we have an open permit on our home. Don’t make the same mistake we did. Go with ANYONE else. Calloway Roofing has been the easiest company I've ever dealt with. Their service is superb. Drew ALWAYS answered my questions (and believe me, I had a lot) regarding my roof replacement! Brenda in the office was great...she was always giving me updates on what was happening. Andres was the project supervisor and he was great as well, kept me informed about the roof project from start to finish!. You will never have to worry about communication with this company! They are always there to answer any questions. They are professional, kind, affordable and most of all their work is pristine! If you need a new roof... Paid $2,300 to replace pan roof over patio. Leaked, came to fix a couple times. still leaks after 1 year. They just quit returning calls. The only reason we used them to begin with is that an acquaintance use to work there. Should have gone somewhere elsewhere. UPDATE. JUST FOUND OUT THAT I HAVE TO DISH OUT ANOTHER $1500 TO FIX THE PROBLEM. Service: Roof installation
