We have used several of Aces services since moving into our 65 year old home at the end of 2020. We will continue to use them for anything that arises. They are professional and thorough. They are incredibly easy to contact and have quick appointment windows. It’s super convenient that they do multiple types of services all from one company. Things to keep in mind when choosing Ace: they’re appointments are by day, not by hour. When you make the appointment they’ll tell you what day to expect your professionals to arrive and then day of they’ll give you more information. Typically, they will not dispatch to you until you’ve confirmed you are home and ready for them. They’re open that they are not the cheapest option (also not the most expensive) but they’re quality does make up for that in my personal opinion and most of their services like electrical replacements are guaranteed for life. We had one section of home that lost power. Your service person came out, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it. He was very cordial, professional in his work and interaction with us.
