I called them and advised that we had a leak in the crawl space at the fixture that connects the 2 pipes. The tech came in went up the latter look at it for 2 sec and came down. He said he sees exactly what I said and then started asking me if I had a water treatment system. I advised I did not and he began trying to sell me in different water treatments systems starting from 3500-5500. He then continue to say that this will maintain the life of my PEX piping and that the water quality was bad and it’s probably the cause of the leak. I told him I was not interested in this and just wanted to know how m to fix the leak. He went on to say it would be 710. Then he started again saying that if I sign up for their membership my visit fee would be 74 instead of 89 and that the water system will also be less. Again I said I am not interested in that and if the 710 quote included the service fee. He said no it’s separate but the membership will reduce that fee. I asked him well what needs to b
