Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Orlando

Aarón came to my home and made the estimate and he told me was going to send me all of the videos he did but only sent ONE. I paid $268 for that service and I never even received it. I have called the company since Monday to try and get the videos because someone else is trying to make me an estimate for the same service but I don’t want to pay double when it was already done. Aaron tells me he is going to feature my call but hasn’t even done so yet. I am STILL waiting… and waiting. The customer service is not good. 02/15/2023 Finally I received Aaron’s called. Good guy. He worked with us to fix the plumbing problem we were having and went the extra mile to find out what the cause of it was so we could fix that too.
