The twice yearly maintenance on our AC units is carried out like clockwork. From scheduling to reminders to service completion, everything is handled seamlessly and professionally. It's great knowing that Pro-Tech will take care of our units and be ready to assist if there's ever an issue--which is totally a possibility in this Florida heat! Highly recommend! Pro-Tech was extremely helpful and professional with our latest AC purchase. Jeremy in sales was very knowledgeable and William Avila was the installer. Joe did an outstanding job with our sump pump. It was very labor intensive and he worked very hard to make sure the pump was replaced with the new one. Very nice person and very responsive as was Pro-Tech in general.
