Our technician Joe came out on a Sunday due to an emergency in our new home. He was very thorough. He was courteous and used booties in our home which was appreciated due to our new flooring. I would not hesitate to use them again.
The entire process was painless. From the first call and interaction with the call desk to set up an appointment, to seeing the Trane certified technician ring my doorbell. They were upfront with all costs and answered any questions in a professional yet friendly way. They were on time and very efficient in their ability to isolate the issue right away. The replacement part took a couple of days to get but once it was here, they wasted no time in getting it fixed! Thank you for getting it right the first time unlike other companies that wasted my time and money.
Pro-Tech was extremely helpful and professional with our latest AC purchase. Jeremy in sales was very knowledgeable and William Avila was the installer.
