Carroll Bradford Roofing

Our company was subcontracted to install skylights at a home in Winter Park at Carroll Bradford's request to help mitigate a customer's dissatisfaction with their roofing services. Payment for our work was promised upon completion, which never materialized, and since then payment has been promised several times with it never being issued. The actual invoice amount is less then $3,000.00 so should not be a problem for a company of this size and supposed reputation, but after repeated calls and emails and after waiting over 30 days for the payment to be issued as promised, they have now ceased even responding by phone or by email. A basic tenet of professional service should be paying your bills when due. Carroll Bradford seems to have forgotten the Golden Rule of treating others (even businesses) as you want to be treated.
