Over a month ago we contacted this company for a leak we had in our den. They sent someone over who cut a hole in the ceiling to inspect the damage. He revealed the repair from when they replaced the roof wasnt done properly and it has been leaking for a long time causing damage. Long story short they repaired the roof thankfully a week before Hurricane Ian hit and told us an interior crew will come by to fix the inside. Noone has shown up yet and no calls received for when they are going to repair the interior. Not only that, they didn't pick up all the trash they left in my front yard from when they did the repair on the roof. There is insulation coming out of the big hole in my ceiling and I have to leave the door closed so we don't breathe in any of it. My wife and I keep calling the office and nobody picks up or returns our calls. I just want everything fixed already so we can safely enter the room. Due to this safety issue I cannot recommend this business to anyone else. They can

When we noticed some damage to our roof, we contacted Carol Bradford Roofing and Matt came out to do an inspection. After speaking to him and realizing we would need to replace our roof, we went ahead and hired them to do our new roof installation. Matt was very helpful and thorough in explaining the process as well as setting up the installation in a timely manner. They were able to fit us in their schedule very quickly and we are extremely happy with how the new roof came out! 10/10 would recommend this team any day.
