I have used the company 3 times this year. Twice for a plumbing issue and once for my air conditioner. All three technicians were out standing. Today I had the pleasure of working with Kallel Hernandez for a leaky shut off valve in my bathroom. But before setting the appointment I spoke with a extremely nice young lady on the phone. She was very polite and even stayed very professional with me while telling her of my frustration. She was even sympathetic while I explained what I have been going through. Everyone I have dealt with at the company has been fantastic. And a great price. The tech today called to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly. I requested an estimate of the cost of a new Air Conditioner as well as a replacement cover for the return air and a replacement of a unique duct cover. I was given an appointment with a photo of the gentleman, Richard, would be coming to my home. Richard examined the existing unit, asked questions relating to my comfort settings, quoted a price and all details, explained the warranty and the free services for a year and promptly set up a date when it would be convenient to install the new unit Again, I was sent a photo of Danny, who would be installing the unit. Everything was accomplished swiftly and efficiently. He explained everything I needed to know about the unit’s controls. I highly recommend Rainaldi Home Services to everyone.
