Had a couple issues in the beginning. The 1st guy kept making me wait and wait. But once another person from the company took my job it was done quickly. And very good work. The roof looks great and I get many compliments. Great job so far. Now let's see how it survives s few hurricane seasons. Great job though.

I didn't receive any service from this company, but I needed them to come and make an estimate on what it would cost to repair a skylight. The online virtual assistant Ashley was kind and helpful, and when I got a call for my appointment the first time, everything was great. The next time, I spoke to someone on the phone for my appointment because one showed up. The rep didn't know what to say and put me on hold as she tried to find out who would be coming for the appointment, and when she came back on the line she spoke to me in Spanish and I told her that I do not speak Spanish, but she continued to speak in Spanish then translated what she said after assuming that I did. She told me that they will have someone come 2 hours after my appointment but the roofer Mike couldn't make it because he didn't even know about it or it would be him to come and he is over an hour away from my location. He had to reschedule the appointment to a different day, and Mike the came and was a bit late fo

Excellent service given by Gabriel Gonzalez and his Crew. The roof was installed ahead on time and the job was beautiful. I definitely recommend this company.
