They kept us informed regarding the start date, they showed up on time, they took every precaution to protect our landscape, The crew, despite at least 3 rain delays, got the job done in 2 days! After the job was almost complete, they sent a follow-up crew to finish some final details that I would have never have thought of or expected: they removed all of the debris from my rain gutters and yard; they dressed up and painted all of the vent pipes in my roof; they were also very polite an courteous. Our neighbors used them first, their roof was done in a couple of days, we were impressed. Met with Jose, super great guy. Always polite and answers his phone and emails. He gave us an estimate, it was $2600 less than another roofer in the area. With our roof, we replaced 2 skylights and added a solar tube skylight in our bathroom with no windows and went with a lightest shingle. The guys came 7am worked till 7pm, the roof was done in 2 days from start to finish, 3rd day the solar tube skylight was added. Everything passed brevard county inspections. The company documents everything, after the roof is completed they send you an email of 40+ pics of your roof from start to finish. It’s beautiful! The quality is perfect! It was the best deal in town too. There’s a reason why they are always working because their work quality is too notch and the pricing is super fair!
