Central Florida Electrician

I called and scheduled two separate appointments with this company, and they no-called no-showed both times. The first time we kind of shrugged it off since it was a hurricane day even though we thought it was a little weird that no one ever even called to reschedule or say they weren't coming. They were very kind and apologetic about the oversight and rescheduled me as quickly as they could for 9am today. Again - no call, no show. I called to ask if they were still coming a few times today and nobody ever picked up the phone. I'm bummed, they seemed so nice on the phone.

These guys were great! Amazing customer service. They answered the phone and could see me the very next day. I had a wiring issue in my laundry room and they were able to fix it within 30 minutes. We've been having issues with our solar panels and power, so I gave the company a call. After hearing the issue, I was routed to the owner's phone. He came by the next day and spent as much time as we needed trying to figure out the issue. When the solution wasn't obvious, he even asked me to send him additional info so he could further research what was going on. Doug, thank you so much going above and beyond to help us out.
