Cool Today

Installed a new Carrier Infinity AC system (inside and outside) unit. Install was clean and neat. Installation technicians were awesome and professional. I loved the on-site technicians communication. Duct cleaning has been the best I have seen, like night and day. I would have given 5 stars if I didn’t have to keep calling in to get an update on the UV and Ozone install over the last couple of weeks. Having to do this is frustrating. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a new AC!

TLDR: incomplete work that doesn’t meet basic expectations (electrical safety, noise, humidity), icing in the first 4 months after install, and repeatedly not following their policies If I knew what I know now, I would have gone with another company. Original install was 4/24. That evening, I reported a noise coming from the AC. I had a follow up appt. scheduled 3 days later for vent cleaning/to fix drywall so it was fine to wait until that visit to fix. It took 53 days to get a tech to look at it and they repeatedly told me ‘that's just how it is’ which is inaccurate, we were able to find a solution, but only when the panel is off, when the panel is on the noise is still present and driving me crazy and waking me up at night. It's been 112 days and no solution has been implemented and the install is not finished. The humidity is uncomfortably higher than it was with the old AC unit. A tech from Energy Today (same company but electrical) said it was noticeable and I feel like I'm breat

This morning I had to call for an emergency appointment. I was given a time frame and unfortunately they were not able to make it during that time. They were extremely responsive to my calls and inquiries if I was still going to be seen. They put my worries at easy. Robert was professional and thorough.
