Cool Today

This is the first time I’ve seen a crew air conditioning technician team had worked straight almost 12 hours. There was something a small issues because just lack of information between the sales man and tech team. But they still worked on a plan. There were supervisor and an electrician involved to the job also. They did a great job, cleaning after job and give us a cool after 10 days no AC. Before they left the tech Mr. Copeland took me a tour and explained very details what they’ve done. Thank you Mr.Copeland, Mr. Cotton, Mr. Ricardo, Mr. Navarro and the Supervisor for done a great job. Heard COOL TODAY for a long time but honestly don’t know how is their job performance. So find out they’re Home Depot’s contractor partner. So I could be sure but the job done is beyond my expectation. Will work with COOL TODAY in any project in the future. First let me say Ty Hill was wonderful to meet and learn more about a new HVAC I seriously needed. After research I did and the conversation we had he made me more comfortable with my decision. Answered all my questions in detail along with extra information to cover all areas of my purchase. Technician Canmore and his partner arrived on schedule. They were both professional and friendly. Casmore went over the work order, paperwork to be signed. They both worked well together, answered any questions I had. Very knowledgeable and found solutions quickly to a couple issues that popped up during installation. (Due to my home and some oddities it has.) Very happy with the efficiency they resolved the issue and completed everything as promised. I'll be happy to refer family and friends to "Cool Today" for cooling and heating needs. Cool Today scored many points with their service today. When I initially called, their answering service took my information. I was called back within 3 minutes and scheduled my appointment. I was notified when my technician Manny Ruiz was on his way. He arrived shortly after, and assessed our situation. He did a thorough inspection of our AC, and gave us sound recommendations on how solve our problem and make improvements. Manny was thorough and expedient meanwhile giving excellent customer service. I highly recommend Cool Today. Another note, I tried to call 2 other companies before calling Cool today, and they were the only company to call me back.
