They were great! We needed a full house re-pipe 2 days before Christmas. Another plumbing company told us to wait until Dec 30 with no water! Really? Especially over Christmas! Plumbing Today came the day after their quote & was able to get the job done that the other company was unwilling to do. They did a great job. Very professional. We also own several rental homes. They will have all of our future jobs. This is our new plumbing company. I can't recommend them highly enough.
The handle in my shower/bathtub failed while my son was taking a shower making it impossible to turn off the water. This is a typical water value failure. I had to turn off the main water value outside the house. I called Plumbing Today and they came by. Their estimate to repair the problem was almost $2000. The plumber also recommended $3500 of additional maintenance work and was very keen on me buying warranty for their service. At the end, I had no idea whether he was a plumber or sales person working on commission. I called a second plumber later that evening who came out immediately and exchanged the value for $350 right on the spot. Need I say more. :(
We requested services from Plumbing Today for an overflowing toilet. When the technician got here the toilet was not overflowing therefore he said he couldn't do anything for that toilet.. and went over to suggest we were not following ADA guidelines with the second toilet in our office and we needed to replace it. We signed a proposal for a dedicated amount of money and the day of the replacement, the technician supposedly notices a part of the toilet is broken and needed another $400 dollars on top of an already significant amount of money, and for a part he should've known would need replacing considering he was slamming things on the ground making the part break. Our issue is not the change order, just the way it was delivered and forced on us, we had no choice considering he had already broken the toilet down and all of the parts. On top of that he intended to leave the floor tiles broken until we had something to say, then he magically had another technician scheduled to come out
