These people are completely inept in just about every way. They installed my solar panel array in November of 2019. As of May 20, 2020, they still have not passed final inspection. They failed twice. One of the reasons is because they failed to include pictures of the array...twice. No one answers when you call. The best I've done is gotten a guy to text me back that they are "working on it". They're always working on it but nothing gets done. Part of the problem is they are located in Orlando and my job was in Palm Beach County. Don't sign a contract with them unless it says they don't get paid until they pass final inspection. Better yet, hire a different company. I have a $40,000.00 system on my house that doesn't work.

Edited to add: I see a "Sean Duff" is posting reviews for this company. This same "Sean Duff" is the one who came to our home and, after being paid under the table by Service Star AC Heating and Cooling, did electrical work that was bad quality and not up to code, causing the electrical inspector to fail the inspection for the entire pool project. Called a couple of companies to get quotes on the replacement of a chandelier that's hung from 24' ceilings, specifically asking about the cost of scaffolding. Were told by Sergio that they have a 20' ladder that would negate the need for scaffolding, so we went ahead and scheduled them to do the job today. Very honest and helpful. I previously spoke to another electrical company about switching some 2 prong electrical outlets to 3 prong outlets. It was going to be fairly cheap, but the guy never showed up. I spoke to Bob from Altech who explained to me that what I was trying to do was going to cost me a lot more money than I was willing to spend (to do it right). I guess the other people were trying to scam me, and Bob was very honest with me. Although I ended up not setting an appointment with him, he gave me plenty of advice on how to take care of my problem on my budget. Thanks so much, Bob!
