The experience we had working with Florida Universal Roofing was phenomenal! From the beginning of our roof replacement, we worked directly with the president of the company, Bill Touza and selected exactly what we wanted in terms of color and materials. Throughout the whole process, we were in constant communication with Madeline Martelli and she ensured that we were aware of everything from scheduling to even providing a "What to Expect" brochure so there was absolutely no surprises when the crew came out to install our new roof. Everything went so smoothly and we really appreciated how the crew would ensure that there was no debris and no nails left on the ground at the end of each day. They would literally sweep around our home each night before leaving just to ensure they left a clean job.
