If you love disappointment and unreliability this is the company for you I would not recommend this company. They aren’t reliable. Rick did not show up, never addressed it, never gave me an estimate, and never contacted me back. Take your business elsewhere. As a paying customer, I shouldn’t have to follow up 4+ times with no call backs. My experience: I’ve used Florida Universal Roofing because of a past recommend for work they did a decade ago. First roof issue was gutter related in December 2022. Rick showed up on time and did his thing. He seemed like a nice guy. A couple days later, we received an estimate for $1,200. After a couple weeks, we decided to do it. Rick showed up, did his thing, and left without telling us he was done. The issue seemed resolved. We waited for a bill that never came.
