Green’s responded quickly to my call for emergency service when my AC just quit working on a hot August night!!! They were able to schedule someone to come out the next morning! Phillip was a blessing! He not only resolved the problems but gave me options to save me money long-term. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I have used Green’s for years and will continue to do so because you can count on their professional service!

I started using Greens ~4 years ago when we bought our current house. They’ve been excellent! Every tech has always been on time, professional, detailed and transparent. Never an up-sell and never any pressure. They do great work as well. Have had 2 different repairs along with regular (twice per year) maintenance. I buy their ‘comfort club’ service plan and it is actually worth it. They are also proactive about it - e.g. they reach out to me to make sure I’m getting what I pay for. Phil Jackson performed the service today. This is the second time he has been here to my home and he arrived pleasant and ready to provide the preventative maintenance. He asked if I had questions, and changed my filter since I have mobility issues and was happy to do it. He is a great representative for Greens Energy Service. I always get a live person when I call the company and follow-through is A++++. I wish other companies had the philosophy that includes competence, caring, communication and kindness.
