I contacted Greens Energy Services about an extended service warranty that I had purchased with my AC in the Titusville area. Greens does not serve my area, which I kind of expected, based on their website. However, Shannon went above and beyond to help me get this resolved. Not only giving me more knowledge about my warranty, getting me a copy and contacting the manufacturer as well to help me find someone who should help me with honoring the warranty. I was amazed at the effort and outstanding customer service given by Shannon. She could have easily just said we do not serve your area and I'd probably still be trying to figure it out. I hope Greens Energy knows what a wonderful gem they have with Shannon. Shannon you are wonderful and I cannot thank you enough!!

I don't usually write reviews but I want to save others from having a similar experience. If you are a business owner, or anyone really, DO NOT USE THS COMPANY. We bought a brand new commercial unit from Greens, spent well over 10K in addition to paying for numerous service calls and we have had nothing but trouble due to poor installation. Approximately every 2 months the system has gone down for one reason or another. My business cannot operate if the a/c is down due to the medical grade adhesive we use, and this company has cost me thousands of dollars in cancelled appointments. Instead of standing by their work or trying to help a small business owner in desperate times they give me false time windows, send out techs with improper equipment ( a 12 ft ladder is needed to access the inside unit) and then gaslight me when I call to check up on the techs. Last night the 24 hour emergency dispatch told me they would be here between 8am and 9am, then this morning when I called they tell

Greens performed brilliantly. They worked with my schedule to send a repair person ASAP. Max Kouznetsov, the technician explained the work to me in nontechnical language and completed it efficiently despite needing to wait for a part which Greens delivered to him while he was on site.
