I spoke with Brenda at Sunshine Heating and Air yesterday to schedule a service call which she quickly did for today between 9:00am and 11:00am. I was contacted via text at 9:00am this morning telling me that the technician was on his way. Donovan Arrived shortly after that to perform a maintenance service call, he explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions. All in all, great company to work with, professional, on time and a really good value that I went ahead and signed up for their preventative maintenance program which includes 2 regular calls in a year and if required in between for any issues, the trip charge would be waved.
