Woke up on the day after the 4th of July to a sweltering house- the a/c wasn’t working. I called an a/c company and they came out on 7/6 and gave a high quote and could come install a new a/c on 7/11. I called Mrs Busy Bee A/C that evening (7/6) and spoke with Esther and Hilda. They were so on top of things! They discussed our needs and sent us a quote (SEVERAL THOUSAND LESS than the 1st company’s quote) and could install on 7/8. (Thus also saving me 3 additional nights in a hotel, too.) The quote was very detailed, unlike my original quote, and detailed all included parts needed. Two technicians came to my house on 7/11 at 8:30 and finished by 3:30, lock, stock, and barrel. They were friendly and knowledgeable and recapped what they were gonna do. And when they were finished, they cleaned up EVERYthing, took every scrap with them. Our A/C went out and the landlord's regular choice was on vacation, so he called this company (well after 5 pm on a weekday) and within 45 minutes, Hilda was at our home evaluating the issue. She determined the problem quickly, put together a temporary fix until the landlord approves the larger repair and parts get ordered so that we don't have to roast in the interim. She was friendly and upbeat and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Never once did she complain about the hour of day and when asked, said she would rather have a good review than a tip.
