They are busy after the hurricane, so had to wait a week for service call because it wasn't an emergency. Not a big deal. The plumber arrived within the time window promised and completed the job quite efficiently and for very fair price. Wayne was courteous and good at his job. Our business in SODO area had a terrible clog in our waste line. I called Harvey Baker Plumbing after 2 other similar businesses told me it would be 3 days before they could send anyone and we really could not function as a business with 35 employees and all 4 bathrooms out of order. The person at Harvey Baker Plumbing that took my call was very pleasant and helpful in getting me the first appointment the following day ( I called after 3pm). At 8:30 a plumber showed up (on time). He worked diligently and professionally until he had the problem solved. I was super pleased with the invoice and every aspect of the service we received.
