Been having a lot of issues with my ac and called 2 different local repair shops and no one ever replies. The one that did scheduled me for Sunday and I needed help sooner then that. Contacted JBC and they came out the next day to take care of me. The guys knew exactly what went wrong just from me explaining what's been happening. They fixed the problem quickly and gave me tips on how to prevent it in the future. They also shown all the gunk that came out of the drain flush and even waived the diagnostics fee.
