I don't live in Orlando, but each time I've called them, they've dispatched someone to take care of the situation within 24 hours or less. Both Helen and Gregg are just down to earth honest individuals. It is rare to find a roofing company that is committed to being fair and honest about their inspections and subsequent costs. The foreman kept in touch through text the first day on site, during removal, new installation and after completion.
